This vanilla extract is crafted through a three-month cold extraction method in small batches that enables the full range of over 200 complex flavour compounds found in vanilla bean to be carefully extracted. This process ensures a pure vanilla extract that beautifully preserves the delicate and subtle flavours of pure and authentic vanilla beans.
Our three-month-old cold-pressed vanilla extract boasts a thick consistency, an authentic vanilla aroma, and a deep, dark colour.
